PATCHWORK PARK

Public BBQ

Nestled in Altona North, this newly built park is a delightful haven for families. With a soft spongy surface, the playground offers a variety of climbing activities, slides, and swings to keep children of all ages entertained. The park's lush grassy areas and a mix of young and mature plants add to its charm. Two undercover areas are available for BBQs or birthday parties, and the smooth paths are perfect for scooters or bikes. Though the park is bustling with features, it's worth noting that it can get extremely slippery when wet. The area is rapidly developing, leading to some noise and parking challenges, especially during nice weather. Unfortunately, the lack of public toilets is a common complaint among visitors.
